Blood Pressure Monitoring |
Blood pressure monitoring is especially important for heart health. High blood pressure forces the heart to work harder to pump blood, which can weaken the heart muscle over time and lead to conditions such as heart disease, heart failure, and heart attacks. Regular monitoring helps identify strain on the heart early, guides treatment decisions, and supports lifestyle changes that keep the heart strong and functioning properly. Keeping blood pressure in a healthy range is one of the most effective ways to protect the heart and reduce cardiovascular risk.
In this 4-month program, you’ll receive personalized support from a coach to develop healthier habits and work toward reducing your blood pressure. |
