UNITED MINGLING — April's free Mensch & Mingle event earlier this week featured Susan Sellers, CEO of United Ability, a 76-year-old Birmingham organization that "provides innovative services connecting people with disabilities to their communities and empowering individuals to live full and meaningful lives." Susan presented a number of inspiring client stories while discussing United's myriad holistic services that served 5,808 children and adults in 2025. Seated at center (in green) is longtime Levite JCC member Mark Cohen, who has a long history with United Ability, including having served as its first medical director. And today, May 1, just happens to be United Ability Day, so consider showing your support...
