Our year in review

We throw a lot of words at you throughout the year and it can be hard to keep up. We’re looking forward to a number of new group fitness programs starting in January, including a yoga specialty class with Nan Unkenholz and Shannon Brasovan, a lunch 'n' learn with Yakov Lyublinskiy, and three yoga classes split up by instructors Kaleen Lavin and Terri Heiman. J Sports news

We’re excited to kick off Pickleball Community Nights on Jan. 12, offering a welcoming way to play and connect weekly. New to the game? Our next Pickleball 101 Clinic starts January 25 and is perfect for beginners looking to learn the basics.

 

And for basketball fans, Men’s Basketball League tips off Feb. 16 — get your team together or sign up as a free agent and get back in the game.
