PROGRAM MONITORING QUICK CHECKS
Program Quick Checks enable supervisors of program departments to actively oversee their teams. This process ensures that supervisors consistently monitor program quality, compliance, safety, and adherence to policies and safety standards by staff. |

LOCK OUT/TAG OUT (LOTO)
Proper LOTO practices and procedures safeguard employees from hazardous energy releases. The LOTO Standard establishes an employer’s responsibility to protect employees from hazardous energy. Employers are required to train each employee to ensure that they know, understand, and are able to follow the applicable provisions of the hazardous energy control procedures. |

NEW in 2025! Our Innovation Team is working hard to find ways to improve the employee experience and to recognize achievements and milestones. Celebrating our staff is always a great way to let everyone know YOU are appreciated. What better way to do this than extending our heartfelt wishes to the following staff who have birthdays this month. Happy Birthday from the Y; we wish you the very best in 2025! |
