Empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Allie Lakes represented RESY Riptide at YMCA Long Course Nationals Meet in Ocala, Florida in early August.

She qualified for the 800m Free and 1500m Free. She also swam two time trial events, 100 and 200 breast.

She swam her Personal Best in all four events, placed 41st in the 800m and 34th in the 1500m!

We're proud to have Allie as part of our YMCA family. Go Allie! Go Riptide!

Allie's dedication to the sport shines both in and out of the water. When she's not competing, she's making an impact here at the Y as a Junior Swim Team Coach, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor, helping the next generation of swimmers build confidence and skills.

This group is meant for you to be a safe, supportive, “come as you are” space for women to support each other through faith, positivity, & relationship, or simply a place to enjoy a cup of coffee or protein shake after your workout.

While we will have a general topic to spark conversation at each meeting, this is meant to be a “meet-up with friends” in a casual and comfortable setting. ALL ARE WELCOME!
