Meet our new Healthy Living Director, Dion Merrill! |
| My name is Dion Merrill. I'm an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and have spent the past 15 years working as a health and fitness professional.
I started out in sport-specific athletic training, where I had the pleasure of working with a remarkably wide range of athletes; anyone from NFL players like Khalil Mack and LeSean "Shady" McCoy to nationally ranked figure skaters and Little League players. From there, I shifted my focus to chiropractic care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation, spending five years learning how to safely bring athletes and everyday individuals back to full health. |
I feel genuinely blessed to have worked alongside the people I have, and grateful for everything they've taught me along the way. That path ultimately led me to the YMCA, where I get to bring all of that knowledge and experience to serving our wonderful members here in Cranberry Township. |

AWAKENED WOMEN CONNECTIONS GROUP |
1st & 3rd Fridays | 10:45AM This Christian based small group is designed with all women in mind. Fitness is not just physical. It is mental and spiritual as well. Organized by women, for women who understand that healthy relationships with others help us in our own faith life journeys!
This group is meant for you to be a safe, supportive, “come as you are” space for women to support each other through faith, positivity, & relationship, or simply a place to enjoy a cup of coffee or protein shake after your workout.
While we will have a general topic to spark conversation at each meeting, this is meant to be a “meet-up with friends” in a casual and comfortable setting. ALL ARE WELCOME! |
How can we pray for you?
Our team prays weekly for our community. Submit your request online (below) or in our chapel. |
