AWAKENED WOMEN CONNECTIONS GROUP

1st & 3rd Fridays | 10:45AM

This Christian based small group is designed with all women in mind. Fitness is not just physical. It is mental and spiritual as well. Organized by women, for women who understand that healthy relationships with others help us in our own faith life journeys!

This group is meant for you to be a safe, supportive, “come as you are” space for women to support each other through faith, positivity, & relationship, or simply a place to enjoy a cup of coffee or protein shake after your workout.

While we will have a general topic to spark conversation at each meeting, this is meant to be a “meet-up with friends” in a casual and comfortable setting. ALL ARE WELCOME!
