THE BETTER WITH EVERY VISIT PLACE |
Help maintain a happy and safe environment for all! The new year brings many friends into our Y community. Here are a few winter weather reminders: |
- Salt and snow ruins cardio and weight machines. Be sure to change shoes before using the equipment!
-
Parking lots are extra busy. Arrive a little bit earlier to find a spot, which will also give you time to get a warmup in before your workout!
- Remember that person that helped you out when you were a "newbie" at the Y? Now's your opportunity to pay it forward! Everyone has similar goals at the Y. A little bit of patience and a helpful hand go a long way to making new forever friends.
