|
How long have you been teaching at the Butler Y? 6 years!
What motivates you to teach?
"The members! I see people of all ages and abilities come into the Y to work on themselves for themselves. Seeing people push themselves in ways they didn't know they could and watching them build a community together in classes to support each other makes my social work heart happy!" |
| |
|
What are your favorite classes that you teach here?
"Strength class on Tuesday nights and the Saturday rotation of Strength and 20/20/20 are my go to classes right now! I have a special spot for cycle though.
