STAYING ACTIVE THROUGH WINTER |
As we move through February and the remainder of Heart Health Month, it’s natural to think about the habits that support your overall health. Even small amounts of regular movement can make a positive impact on your heart, mood, and energy.
Finding activity you genuinely enjoy can make all the difference. Whether it’s walking, yoga, a fitness class, or something more low-key, choosing movement that feels good and fits your routine makes consistency much easier.
Be sure to check out the Winter Program Guide to learn more and jump into action. |
