We're looking forward to seeing you in the new year and hope you're as excited as we are for all the awesome happenings at the CLC YMCA in 2026!

 

With a new year, many of us make resolutions to get healthier — maybe working out more, eating better, joining social groups, etc. At the CLC YMCA, we're here to help you on your 2026 health journey.

 

Explore below to learn more about health, fitness, and wellness challenges and programs to get you started, keep you on track, and help you stay motivated and committed all year long. 

PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY LIVING FAMILY BINGO 

 

Grab your family and friends and join the fun for Healthy Living Family Bingo — an opportunity to explore the CLC YMCA and earn stamps for achieving bingo card challenges along the way. Good luck! 

  • Each card is $10. 
  • Register at the Welcome Center, only once, no matter how many cards you purchase.
  • You can buy as many cards as you'd like.
  • You can have multiple bingos on a single card, but each card counts as one entry into the prize drawing.
  • We have three different card layouts available.
  • One stamp per day, per card. Stamps can be provided by the Welcome Center team or Healthy Living staff (Cynthia, Molly, or Meredith).
  • When a bingo card is complete, please return it to the Welcome Center.
  • Last day to purchase cards is January 27, 2026.
  • The prize drawing will take place at the end of the first week in February.
  • The winner will be contacted.
  • The prize will be a swag bag of CLC YMCA family items.

JAN GROUP EX KICKS OFF SUNDAY

Not sure where to start or are you looking for guidance to refresh your workout routine?

 

We're proud to offer personalized, guided workouts with expert trainers right here at the Y! You can choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions where you will receive individual attention, motivation, and workouts structured to your specific goals.

 

Small group and semi-private group training sessions are also available.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT CONSULT HOURS

Are you looking for help to manage a chronic condition or to improve your long-term health?

 

The CLC YMCA's Health Program offers open office hours — every Monday from Noon to 1 PM — to provide our community with support for navigating chronic disease management, prevention, and evidence-based wellness programs.

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA 

 

Reclaim your health after surviving cancer in this research-based 12-week physical activity and wellbeing program. You'll meet with a small group twice a week to regain your physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. Program includes a 3-month Y membership.

DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM

 

Join a trained lifestyle coach and a supportive group of peers for a powerful, year-long journey toward better health. Through 16 engaging core sessions, and ongoing monthly check-ins, you'll learn how to: eat healthier, move more, manage stress, overcome barriers, and build lasting habits. Pre-registration and a physician referral are required or take our quick risk quiz at the Y. Individual Y membership is included in the program.

Build strength, boost your energy, and stay independent with this 16-week, evidence-based fitness program! Using wrist and ankle weights, you'll follow a personalized workout with both chair-based and standing options, so it's tailored to your needs and abilities.
