Get ready to test your grit at our 2nd Annual Festivus Feats of Strength! Pick and choose which strength and endurance challenges you take on, and compete for age-group prizes—or just for fun! Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This 8-week course introduces mindfulness practices that support stress management and overall well-being. Participants will learn and practice body-scan meditation, sitting and walking meditation, mindful breathing, mindful eating, and gentle movement/yoga suitable for all ability levels. These are integrated into daily life via home practice, to help folks cope with stress and improve well-being. Weekly in-person classes and excellent learning materials will guide participants through the course.

Aquatics Etiquette Reminders
A couple of friendly reminders for those enjoying our Aquatics Center: - Always shower. Help keep our beautiful facility clean; take a cleansing shower before entering the Pools, Hot Tub or Spray Pad.

Share the towels. Be considerate with the sauna towels; take only 1, so they're available for all, and be sure to return yours before you leave the Y.

Our coaching team continues to run its series of FREE pilot tennis and pickleball programs! These offerings feature varying group sizes and skill focuses, and are structured to suit many learning styles. These programs will help us develop new and exciting offerings to keep things fresh at the TPC! These sessions fill quickly, but we highly encourage you to join a waitlist, as it helps us determine which programs have a high level of interest!

We're looking for Winter Youth Basketball referees! Pay starts at $17.50 per hour and goes up to $30, depending on experience. Apply today! Games on Saturdays in January and February.

Guest Pass and Day Pass Voucher policy
We've clarified our policies regarding Guest Passes and Day Pass Vouchers. Guest Passes allow members to bring guests with them to visit the Y, while Day Pass Vouchers allow a one-time visit and aren't tied to a member's account. Importantly, paper Guest Passes will only be honored through Dec. 31, 2025. Please take a moment to review how these special passes work (and how to earn them!)
