The Mindful Tea Experience: Ages 55+ |
JCC Members: $5 | Non Members: $8 |
We’ll learn about the featured blend—its origins, flavors, and wellness benefits—while practicing simple mindfulness techniques designed to help us slow down, ground ourselves, and restore balance. Together we’ll sip, reflect, and connect in a calm and welcoming space. At the end of the event, you’ll take home a portion of the featured tea, a teacup of your own, and the mindfulness practices you experienced so you can continue the ritual at home. |
